Barrister Kazi Tamrin Rashed is a member of the Law Faculty at North South University, where he has been serving as a full-time Lecturer and contributing to legal education with commitment and academic rigor.
Barrister Tamrin holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PgDL) from City University of London, and a Master’s in Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent University. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and is an enrolled Advocate and a member of the Dhaka Bar Association.
His teaching and research interests include legal practice, professional ethics, constitutional law, administrative law, and criminal law. He is deeply committed to fostering critical thinking, legal reasoning, and ethical awareness among his students, helping prepare the next generation of legal professionals in Bangladesh and beyond.

Barrister Kazi Tamrin Rashed is an Advocate and a member of the Dhaka Bar Association in Bangladesh and a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK.
He serves as Treasurer of BIRBA, a nonprofit organization focused on community development and social welfare.
In addition to his legal and nonprofit work, he is an active member of several prominent social and recreational institutions, including the Dhaka Club Ltd., Arunima Resort Golf Club, and the Bangladesh Golf Federation. An active social worker and community advocate, he is also an amateur golfer and golf enthusiast.
Barrister Kazi Tamrin Rashed’s research interests lie at the intersection of legal theory and practice, with a particular focus on complex ethical and constitutional questions. His broader academic interests include legal practice, professional ethics, constitutional law, administrative law, and criminal law. He is especially interested in how legal principles are applied in practice and how evolving societal values influence legislative and judicial responses.
