Najiyah Afrin Khan is a full time lecturer of Psychology at North South University (NSU). She completed her Bachelors in Psychology from The City College of New York and her Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro College, New York. Before joining NSU, Ms.Khan used to work as an Adjunct lecturer of Psychology at Touro college, New York and also as a Talent management specialist at Platform by Scholas, New York. During her undergraduate degree, she did a research on “Gender Differences In Attitude Towards Partner Emotional Infidelity” and also during her graduate degree, she completed a research proposal on “Vocabulary level and Interview decision”. She has broadened her I/O Psychology knowledge both in corporate and academic fields. Ms.Khan wants to pursue her PhD in the field of I/O Psychology.
