Parisa Shakur is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at North South University with over 14 years of teaching and academic leadership experience. She has served as Director of Student Affairs, Assistant Proctor, and Outreach Coordinator, leading student engagement, institutional outreach, and academic policy initiatives. She holds an MSc in Gender & Social Policy from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from SOAS, University of London. Her research focuses on social cohesion, development, and corporate social responsibility. She also provides strategic leadership at Minis Dutch Pancakes and Give Bangladesh Foundation.
