In this study, we aimed to look into HRM practices of Bangladeshi companies by analyzing prevailing organization justice and resulting job satisfaction and study its impact on a firm’s productivity level and financial performance.
• Awarded grant for conducting research for the year 2019-2020 (with Shahran A Sayeed and Kamrul H Talukdar); by North South University Conference Travel and Research Grants (CTRG) Committee. This study aimed to determine the relationship between dividend policy and stock return volatility, further explore if the volatility varies across South Asian countries and investigate if dividend policy and stock return volatility vary across industries.
