  • Awarded grant for conducting research for the year 2019-2020 (with Rifat Iqbal and Quazi Tafsirul Islam) by North South University Conference Travel and Research Grants (CTRG) Committee. In this study, we aimed to look into HRM practices of Bangladeshi companies by analyzing prevailing organization justice and resulting job satisfaction and study its impact on a firm’s productivity level and financial performance.
  • Awarded grant for conducting research for the year 2019-2020 (with Shahran A Sayeed and Kamrul H Talukdar); by North South University Conference Travel and Research Grants (CTRG) Committee. This study aimed to determine the relationship between dividend policy and stock return volatility, further explore if the volatility varies across South Asian countries and investigate if dividend policy and stock return volatility vary across industries.

  • Primary team member for approximately eight audits of financial statements of both local and multi-national manufacturing, trading and service companies, banks, etc. based on International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and KPMG methodology. Assisted with approximately five additional audits.
  • Performed net asset valuation of two companies to assess the current market value of the entities' assets and liabilities.
  • Prepared five policy manuals, which included financial manual (including tax and VAT implication), procurement manual, inventory management manual, internal audit manual, and service rules.
