The motivation of MOR is detected in the above picture. Nowadays, computer-based simulation is considered the quintessential approach to exploring new ideas in the different disciplines of science and engineering. To perform a simulation, one must convert a physical model into a mathematical one. Computer memory limitations sometimes make The generated systems too large to store. To circumvent these complexities, we need to approximate the higher-dimensional system with a substantially lower-dimensional system. The way to achieve this is to use Model Order Reduction (MOR) techniques. In recent years, Model Order Reduction (MOR) has become one of the most fascinating research areas in the different Science, Engineering, and Technology branches. The demand for MOR is increasing since modern science and technology heavily rely on simulation-based work.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has recently become a fascinating research area due to its applications in different disciplines. Here, the research focuses on the application of AI to Medical Data. The research aims to collect data, preprocess it, and develop a Machine Learning (ML) Model to find the abnormality. The research also focuses on creating an AI-based diagnosis technology that detects abnormalities from medical images/data. See the developed technology, DIAGNO-TECH-AI details.

Research Grant
I have received the NSU Faculty Research Grant 2016-2017 on the project "Structure Preserving Model Reduction of Large-Scale Second Order Dynamical systems using the PDEG Method and Application to some Real Problems". We will start from March 1, 2017.
Best Paper Award
One of our research articles titled "Rational Krylov subspace method (RKSM) for solving the Lyapunov equations of index-1 descriptor systems and application to balancing based model reduction" has received a Best Paper Award (1st position) in ICECE 2016.
