Global Advisory Board
The Center for Social Impact and Sustainability at North South University aims to promote interdisciplinary research, education, policy development, and community engagement in the fields of sustainability, environmental protection, and climate resilience. To support this mission, an Advisory Board is established to provide high-level strategic guidance, expert knowledge, and networking support. The Advisory Board serves as an external consultative body that advises the Center’s leadership on strategy, program development, research priorities, outreach, and global engagement. The Board plays a key role in enhancing the visibility, credibility, and impact of the Center.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Advisory Board shall:
- Provide strategic advice on the Center’s direction, initiatives, and partnerships.
- Offer expertise in key thematic areas, including sustainable development, climate policy, environmental science, community resilience, and green innovation.
- Advise on emerging global trends, regional opportunities, and research funding avenues.
- Facilitate collaborations with national and international institutions, government bodies, and NGOs.
- Promote the Center’s work through advocacy, thought leadership, and professional networks.
- Review and provide feedback on major reports, programs, and proposals.
- Participate in key events such as annual forums, stakeholder consultations, and strategic planning retreats.
