Mohammad Sarwar Rekabder is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at North South University, Bangladesh. Before joining at North-South University, he worked as a finance executive at Massey Centre for Women, a Toronto-based non-profit organization. Rekabder completed his MBA from Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Canada, with a specialization in Financial Management. He also received his BBA and MBA, with a concentration in accounting, from the University of Dhaka in 2004 and 2005 respectively. He is the recipient of the Education Board scholarship in BBA, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has published a few articles in peer-reviewed and Scopus-indexed journals. His area of research interests includes corporate governance, earnings management, quality of accounting information, and blockchain technology.
