Dr. Mohammad Sujauddin considers himself as an expert in the broader spectrum of Industrial Ecology (IE). His research focus is diversified viz. Material Flow Analysis, Industrial Symbiosis and Natural Resource Management. Dr. Sujauddin holds his PhD from The University of Tokyo in the field of Systems Innovation. Right now he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Management, North South University. Being focused on the research for human well-being, Dr. Sujauddin is now emphasizing the dimension of IE from the view point of Industry in Bangladesh at a greater extend to ensure resource efficiency and resource/impact decoupling for the ultimate journey of sustainability. Some of his research outcomes have been published in different famous international journals and these outcomes were instrumental in developing some national policies. Dr. Sujauddin aspires to create an expert team for accelerating Bangladesh towards sustainable development and saving it from the impending environmental disasters.
